These SMS Terms govern your participation in Revolt Services's text messaging program. By opting in to receive text messages from Revolt Services, you agree to these terms. Please read them before opting in.

PROGRAM NAME

Revolt Services SMS Notifications

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Revolt Services's SMS program sends automated and manually sent text messages to customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Messages cover appointment reminders, project updates, permit and inspection status, service completion notices, and promotional information about solar and battery products and offers.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive SMS messages from Revolt Services. By opting in, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the phone number you provide belongs to you or that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.

HOW TO OPT IN

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Revolt Services through any of the following methods:

  • Website form. Check the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form at revolt-services.com/contact before submitting your information.
  • Verbal consent. Verbally agree to receive text messages when speaking with a Revolt Services team member by phone or in person.
  • Keyword text. Text a designated keyword to our business phone number as directed by our team or marketing materials.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Revolt Services.

TYPES OF MESSAGES

By opting in, you consent to receive the following types of text messages from Revolt Services:

  • Consultation confirmations and reminders
  • Project scheduling notifications and updates
  • Permit and inspection status updates
  • Installation scheduling and crew arrival notifications
  • Permission to Operate (PTO) confirmations
  • SMUD rebate enrollment status updates
  • Warranty and service information
  • Promotional messages about solar, battery storage, and financing options (only if you consented to marketing messages)
  • Customer satisfaction surveys and review requests
  • Responses to messages you send us

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies based on your project stage and your interactions with our company. During active project phases (from initial consultation through Permission to Operate), you may receive more frequent messages. Typical frequency is 2 to 8 messages per month. You can always reply STOP to stop receiving messages at any time.

HOW TO OPT OUT

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you text STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any further SMS messages from Revolt Services unless you opt in again.

MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Standard message and data rates may apply to messages you receive from us and messages you send to us. Message and data rates are determined by your wireless carrier and your plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text and data plan. Revolt Services does not charge a fee for participating in the SMS program.

CARRIER LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Carriers (including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Revolt Services is not responsible for messages that are not received, are delayed, or are otherwise affected by carrier network issues, technical problems, or incorrect phone numbers provided by the user.

MOBILE INFORMATION SHARING

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent from any data sharing arrangements.

How we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including information collected through this SMS program, is described in our Privacy Policy at revolt-services.com/privacy. By opting in to this program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or by posting updated terms at revolt-services.com/sms-terms. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, text STOP to unsubscribe.
