Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. This page explains what that means and how to submit a request.
WHAT "SELLING" AND "SHARING" MEANS
Under California law, "selling" means transferring your personal information to a third party for money or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" means disclosing your personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, regardless of whether money changes hands.
Revolt Services does not sell your personal information for money. We may share certain information, such as identifiers and browsing data, with advertising partners through cookies and tracking technologies on our website for the purpose of targeted advertising. This qualifies as "sharing" under the CPRA and you have the right to opt out of it.
We never sell or share your SMS opt-in data, phone number, or text messaging consent information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
HOW TO OPT OUT
You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information through any of the following methods:
1. Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal to our website, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising purposes. GPC is supported by browsers including Firefox and Brave, and by browser extensions such as Privacy Badger. You do not need to submit a separate request if you use GPC.
2. Submit a request below. Complete the request form on this page with your name, email address, and any other information needed to identify your data. We will process your request within 15 business days and confirm once it is complete.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU OPT OUT
Once we receive and verify your opt-out request, we will stop sharing your personal information with advertising partners for the purpose of targeted advertising. We will also stop using any personal information we have already shared for that purpose, to the extent we are able to do so.
Opting out does not affect our ability to use your personal information for purposes other than targeted advertising, such as providing services you requested, fulfilling a contract, or complying with legal obligations.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your opt-out right. We will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a lower quality of service because you opted out.
OTHER PRIVACY RIGHTS
California residents have additional privacy rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to limit use of sensitive personal information. AUTHORIZED AGENTS
