Accessibility Statement
Revolt Services is committed to making our website accessible to all visitors, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone has the right to access information about solar and battery storage options, and we work to ensure our website can be used by as many people as possible.
OUR STANDARD
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control software, or other assistive technologies.
WHAT WE HAVE DONE
To support accessibility on revolt-services.com, we have taken the following steps:
- Semantic HTML. We use proper heading structure (H1, H2, H3), landmark elements (main, nav, header, footer), and list markup so screen readers can navigate the page accurately.
- Alt text. All meaningful images on this site include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them.
- Keyboard navigation. All interactive elements, including navigation menus, buttons, links, and form fields, are accessible by keyboard without requiring a mouse.
- Color contrast. We have designed the site to meet or exceed the 4.5:1 contrast ratio required for body text and the 3:1 ratio required for large text and UI elements under WCAG 2.2 AA.
- Focus indicators. Visible focus outlines are maintained on all interactive elements so keyboard users can see where they are on the page.
- Form labels. All form fields include descriptive labels and error messages to assist screen reader users and those who need additional context.
- Responsive design. The site is designed to work across desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes without loss of content or functionality.
- No timed content. We do not use content that automatically moves, flashes, or expires in ways that cannot be paused or stopped.
- ARIA attributes. Where native HTML is not sufficient, we use ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attributes to communicate roles, states, and properties to assistive technologies.
KNOWN LIMITATIONS
Despite our efforts, some content on our website may not yet meet full WCAG 2.2 AA compliance. Known limitations include:
- Third-party content. Our website uses GoHighLevel (GHL) for forms and some page elements. Third-party components may have accessibility gaps we cannot fully control. We report accessibility issues to our platform providers when we identify them.
- Embedded documents. PDFs or other documents linked from this site may not be fully accessible. If you need an accessible version of any document, contact us and we will provide one.
- Interactive maps. If location or map content is embedded, it may not be fully accessible to all assistive technologies.
We are actively working to identify and fix accessibility issues. If you find something that does not work for you, please tell us.
